ALL ADULT PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

Due to our products being that of an intimate nature, so for personal hygiene and safety reasons WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on any adult products, unless the product has a genuine manufacturers fault upon opening. All faults MUST be reported within 7 days of receiving your DevilsVibe order.

Many product issues are related to batteries so please ensure you have tried and checked new batteries and terminal before contacting DevilsVibe Customer Service regarding a faulty product.

This is for the health, welLbeing and safety of you and our team at DevilsVibe.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund or exchange for any of our Adult Products that do not meet your expectations.

We cannot guarantee that our products will please everyone, as everyone’s pleasure experience is different.

We strongly recommend that you read the product descriptions carefully prior to selecting your product as we DO NOT refund or exchange any of DevilsVibe Adult Products for change of mind of your chosen product for any unsatisfactory reason.

Any Faulty Adult products to be returned MUST be unused and in the Original packaging before a refund will be considered upon return to DevilsVibe.

TERMS RELATING TO FREE GIFTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Please note that our Free Gifts and Special offers are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault upon receiving your free item.

The returns process for these will be conducted in the same way as a normal return, with the same Terms and Conditions applied.

Upon assessment of the product, if it is deemed faulty, you WILL be provided with a replacement item or should this not be possible (in a case of discontinued stock items) we will provide you with a store credit to the value of the free item.

FAULTS AND PRODUCT ISSUES

We ask that you please check your order ASAP once received.

Any or All manufacturer faults or product issues, must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your product. Failure to report any or all of the issues immediately may effect the outcome of the return of your faulty item.

Faulty Items and Returns need to be returned to us within 14 Days from the time of receiving your order.

We do not take any responsibility for any faults reported after the 5 day timeframe and will not be accepted for returns.

MANUFACTURER FAULTS

Following the report of your faulty item; for genuine manufacturer faults on products, we do offer a 14 day replacement on your purchase once your item has been returned and assessed for faults.

CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN

The product must be unused, be undamaged and in original condition.

If the product is faulty we will replace with identical item. Where identical item is no longer available, you will be offered the option to choose another product of same value with store credit.

Postage fees are non refundable. 10% Restocking fees apply.
