Online Orders

When ordering online, we charge a $0 flat rate shipping fee. Your order will be processed within 48 hours and will be shipped within four to seven business days. If for any reason, there is an item out of stock, you will be promptly notified of the additional processing time frame and an update on the new expected delivery time frame.
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post by regular post and will be delivered during normal business hours. All our parcels require a signature. Should there be no one available to accept delivery, Australia Post will leave a card advising you to collect the package from the local post office. If the parcel is not collected within the required time the parcel will be returned to DevilsVibe and the customer will be liable to pay for re-delivery costs.

When ordering via a consultant or through a party delivery will take approx. 2 to 3 weeks from date of final payment. If customers choose to have all products delivered in one go to the party hostess no shipping fees will apply. Customers who wish to have their orders sent direct may choose from an $8 regular postage fee or a $15 express option. Please note products being sent direct will state take approx. 2 to 3 weeks turnaround time from the date final payment was received. Customers opting for a payment plan must have orders sent direct to them and orders will be dispatched approx. 2 to 3 weeks from date of final payment.

In order to meet our delivery expectations all orders are lodged by consultant as soon as possible after the party. Once an order has been lodged we will be unable to make changes.

International Shipping

When ordering online, international shipping costs will be calculated based on order destination and weight of products. Allow at least twenty business days for international delivery. Products are sent via airmail. DevilsVibe, will accept no liability for goods that incur additional custom charges or taxes for importation. It is the customer’s responsibility to check local customs and importation laws. Should there be nobody available to accept delivery of the goods local postal arrangements will apply. Customers who place an order online will be able to track the status of their order at any time by logging into the DevilsVibe site.

DevilsVibe takes no responsibility for lost orders that are a result of incorrect address details.

Payment may be made online by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Mastercard Debit.

We utilise industry-standard 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of sensitive information such as your name, address and other sensitive information like your credit card details.

Alternatively payment may be made by bank transfer to the bank account details provided (orders within Australia only). Please be aware that bank transfers may take up to three business days to process. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

If you prefer to pay for your order over the phone please call 0421 669 006 and our consultants will be happy to help. Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm AEST. All prices, including shipping charge, are in Australian dollars. International customers will be billed in Australian dollars.
